More details have come out about the slow downfall of Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk's four-year relationship and how A Star Is Born fundamentally changed it. People reported on the film's impact, while The Sun got details from an insider about Cooper and his A Star Is Born co-star Lady Gaga's relationship now—and no, there's no romance blossoming between the film's co-stars.
“There’s no way Gaga and Bradley will get together," the insider told The Sun. “Not now—they’re really good friends and still speak all the time, but it’s not his style to jump into another relationship straight away. Especially after all the rumors about them during A Star Is Born. He wouldn’t do that.”
People reported back in April that Cooper and Gaga weren't exactly spending a lot of time together. “It seems Bradley hasn’t spent any time with Lady Gaga," a source told the outlet. "He has been all about his family.”
Then, Cooper was “spend[ing] every day with his family,” the source said. “Most days, Bradley and Irina take [their two-year-old daughter] Lea out for activities together. Sometimes they just stroll on the beach. Bradley and Irina seem great.”
Today, People is reporting that actually, Cooper and Shayk's relationship really deteroriated while A Star Is Born was made, and afterwards, too. “Bradley was emotionally absent during the long time filming A Star Is Born,” an entertainment source told the outlet. “They tried to save the relationship but it had changed. Since Bradley and Irina have always been very private about their relationship few knew there was really for sure something going on."
