In September, the cast of the iconic sitcom Will & Grace kept posting photos teasing a big new project. Then they revealed that they got together to film a pro–Hillary Clinton PSA to help get out the vote. But it turns out that wasn't all they were working on.

Will & Grace is officially coming back to NBC, for real this time. The network confirmed the news on Wednesday with a trailer, featuring all your favorite characters. It seems like at least some of the footage was cut directly from the PSA:

And the cast gleefully chimed in to celebrate. Sean Hayes added that the reunion will come in the form of 10 episodes, airing in the 2017-18 TV season.

According to Variety, NBC started talking to the cast and creators of the show after the PSA was released in September. That PSA, which received more than 7 million views, was filmed without the network's involvement, but it got their attention, and now the reunion series will be treated like a ninth season of the show, Deadline reports.
