Billy Zane and Kate Winslet attended a charity fundraiser for Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation's gala in St. Tropez, France, and they're all looking as dewy as the day the ship went down.

This is the same gala where a dinner with Kate and Leo was auctioned off to one lucky rich person.
