This is Lizzy Howell, a 15-year-old from Milford, Delaware with some pretty incredible ballet dancing skills. They're so good, in fact, that a video of her doing spins has gone viral, showing the world that you don't have to have Anna Pavlova's figure in order to pull off a pretty outstanding fouetté.

But Howell is promoting diversity in dance in more ways that one: The teen, who has pseudotumor cerebri, has recently been named an ambassador for Dancing for You, an awareness campaign for dancers with disabilities.

The video was filmed last year and Lizzy posted it onto her Instagram about 8 weeks ago, but it didn't start to go viral until Twitter user @sailorfemme put it up on her Twitter account in mid-January. Now, Lizzy has almost 43,000 followers on Instagram.

Lizzy began dancing when she was five years old, and now trains four times a week.

Even though she is trying to lose weight for health reasons, she's also proud that her video shatters the stereotype that you have to be extremely thin to be good at ballet.

"'It shouldn't matter how much I weigh, the only thing that should matter is my passion for dance," she told The Daily Mail.

"If I can do everything that anyone else can, why should I be in a separate category?"she told BuzzFeed, explaining that she doesn't like the label "plus-size."

As someone who's been told she "can't" do what she loves because of her size, Lizzy has some motivational words for those who are worried they don't have the right figure for dancing.

"You will have to work twice as hard for everything that everyone else gets, but it will be worth it in the long run to prove the 'haters' wrong," she told The Daily Mail. " Do what you love and don't let any one stop you."
