Beyoncé is continuing her week of being our president. After pledging $100,000 in scholarship money for historically black colleges and universities on Monday, the Coachella/Beychella headliner is spotlighting a New York City non-profit with a new campaign for her brand Ivy Park.

Figure Skating in Harlem (FSH) is a nonprofit extra-curricular program for young women of color that focuses on academic achievement and athletic discipline through skating. Rather than enlist a bevy of models, Ivy Park debuted its spring 2018 collection with a photo and video shoot with the ladies of FSH. Actress Laverne Cox, choreographer Karen McDonald and models Grace Bol and Souffrant Ralph appeared in Ivy Park's fall 2017 campaign.

The organization, which works with hundreds of girls ages six through 18 living in Harlem, Upper Manhattan or the lower Bronx, has strict academic and time requirements. FSH participants must aim for A's and B's; if their grades slip lower, extra homework tutoring is provided. They also must commit to nine to 15 hours on the ice each week.

The one minute video features these insanely talented young women warming up on the ice, showing off their skills, and having fun as a team—oh, and wearing some damn good looking Ivy Park. "When I skate, I don't know, something inside of me just like lights a fire," a voiceover says. "My soul just starts burning…and I just express what I feel."
