Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner announced their engagement with matching Instagram posts this afternoon.
The 'grams have gotten millions of likes collectively, but what's especially sweet about Jonas's post was the comment his ex-girlfriend Demi Lovato left. The two dated for "like a month or two", Lovato recently recalled, back in 2010, but she was in love with him for years before when they were Camp Rock costars.
She remains Jonas's friends and is also tight with his brother Nick Jonas (who she may or may not have romantic feelings for now.) On Jonas's post, Lovato wrote, "HUGE CONGRATS!!!!! Sooooo happy for the both of you!!!!"
Jonas's other high-profile exes, Gigi Hadid and Taylor Swift, haven't liked the post yet. Neither follow Jonas on Instagram (Swift doesn't follow anyone, and Jonas doesn't even follow Hadid either), so any reaction isn't all that likely.
